Introduction
Recently joined the club after a protracted period trying to get my CP - looking to get out and about this year. Have an interest in hillwalking and scrambling so maybe looking to combine the two as well.
What memberships do you hold (i.e. BHPA, LLSC, international)
BHPA and LLSC member
What level of pilot are you (i.e. beginner, EP, CP, P, AP) and what sort of flying experience do you have
CP gained in 2010 and still "low airtime" but looking to get some more time in the air this year.

having had a good look throuugh this group im not sure its for me as i live in Edinburgh....i love the idea of paragliding as i am naturally scared of most things, i just have a part of me that always wants to explore new things.Could you explain the GCC thing for me pls. -

Hi Alastair, I have done the introduction to climbing course at the GCC but really have had little practice so far. I would love to come along on monday - should I sign on as a beginner or as part of the regular group as I have not used the autobelay system before ?

Hi Alastair, cheers for showing me the setup last night - was great craic. Going to become a member next time I'm over (probably next Monday) so should I be signing up for the beginners again, as I'm not a member, or the normal - does it matter?

Hi Alistair. I've been waiting for a GCC beginner's session but they're not coming up so is Braehead on 6 Feb for people like me who have never done anything or for those who have already done the GCC course?
